Returns and Refunds
PurjFam wishes to offer a comprehensive return and refund policy. To this end, care must be taken to ensure that the returns policy is not misused.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The request for return and refund must be accompanied with an order number as proof of purchase. For defective items or returns within the 30-day window, PurjFam will cover return shipping costs. When the item is inspected by PurjFam to ensure it is in working condition, a refund will be administered, minus original shipping fees. The returned item must arrive in saleable condition or a refund will not be provided.
Foreign taxes, duties or other fees associated with purchasing any PurjFam product are not the responsibility of PurjFam and will not be reimbursed under any circumstance. Please use the “Get In Touch” button on our Contact page to request a return purchase/replacement if you choose to update/refresh your POD.
