Base water is cooled with the aluminum body
POD’s aluminum shell is a heatsink that cools the water in the base. Large aluminum contact surface area matches that of a standard device. POD’s 225 cm2 (35 in2) VS standard 190 cm2 (30 in2).
Aluminum’s high thermal conductivity (205 W/m·K), rapidly dissipates heat from the water into the environment, minimizing heat accumulation in the water. This design ensures a cooler sessions lasting an hour or more.
